Warranty Information

Product Warranty
All strobe power supplies are covered under warranty against defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of manufacture.

All LED products are covered against defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Any returned products that are found to be defective due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation will not be warranted.

Strobe bulbs that have been installed or altered in any way will not be warranted. Please inspect all bulbs on arrival for damage via shipment. Replacement will be at the discretion of the carrier. Strobe tubes should be tested prior to installation in the vehicle's lamp assembly.

Returns
If returning a product for warranty reasons please include a valid RMA form along with the defective product. An RMA form can be downloaded directly from our website. Please fill out the RMA form as complete and detailed as possible. Products being returned under warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt of sale. Lightning X Products will repair or replace the defective product at its
discretion providing that the product was not misused, abused, or installed incorrectly. Returns must be sent with freight prepaid to:

Lightning X Products will pay freight back to the customer. Lightning X Products reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.
