Bag Warranty

We will warranty all bag products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the reasonable life of the product. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse by the end user. Lightning X Products will repair or replace any defective product, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer.  To initiate a return, customer must print and completely fill out an RMA form (located on our website) and return it along with the defective product freight prepaid to:

Returns
If returning a product for warranty reasons please include a valid RMA form along with the defective product. An RMA form can be downloaded directly from our website. Please fill out the RMA form as complete and detailed as possible. Products being returned under warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt of sale. Lightning X Products will repair or replace the defective product at its
discretion providing that the product was not misused, abused, or installed incorrectly. Returns must be sent with freight prepaid to:

Lightning X Products will pay freight back to the customer. Lightning X Products reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.
