Product Warranty
Nylon and Polyester Gear Bags are covered against defects in workmanship and manufacturing for 30 days from the date of sale to the end user.

All strobe power supplies are covered under warranty against defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of manufacture.

All LED products are covered against defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Any returned products that are found to be defective due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation will not be warranted.

Strobe bulbs that have been installed or altered in any way will not be warranted. Please inspect all bulbs on arrival for damage via shipment. Replacement will be at the discretion of the carrier. Strobe tubes should be tested prior to installation in the vehicle's lamp assembly.

Returns
If returning a product for warranty reasons please include a valid RMA form along with the defective product. An RMA form can be downloaded directly from our website. Please fill out the RMA form as complete and detailed as possible. Products being returned under warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt of sale. Lightning X Products will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion providing that the product was not misused, abused, or installed incorrectly. Lightning X Products will pay freight back to the customer. Lightning X Products reserves the right to substitute a replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.

Branding
The only authentic lighting product brand is Axixtech. There are copycat products in every industry. To ensure you are purchasing authentic Axixtech - make sure that the products you are buying have Axixtech on the packaging. Purchasing online can be tricky, as many of the products appear similar. Should you have any questions regarding the legitimacy of a seller, please contact us. Certifications
All generation 3 forward LED products from Axixtech are certified to meet or exceed SAE J595, SAE J845, CE, E13 and CA Title 13. Above and beyond the certifications, all of our products are field tested rigorously to ensure they meet and exceed the quality of our competitor's products.

Manufacturing
The base manufacturing of the Axixtech products begins in Taiwan, however, for most of the products the final assembly is completed at our facility in Charlotte, NC. This allows us to offer custom color and mounting configurations to meet your needs. Most of our products are tested in the US to meet or exceed the rigorous requirements of SAE and DOT. You can be assured when purchasing an Axixtech product, that you are getting the highest quality available.

Lightning X Products has distributorships available.
